Guest access
Guests have the entire house to themselves including a private expansive rooftop deck with city skyline and mount rainier views.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:
- We do not offer cooking condiments but you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store.
- You can use the grill - please provide your own gas. We will have canisters you can fill.
- We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)
- The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $15 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. VRBO should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".
- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.
- Please note that we charge $150/pet per stay.
- We are also located close to a greenbelt/neighbors' backyard. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.

- Please note that the rooftop deck tap is not functional (came with the tabletop purchased).
- No firepit on the deck, the fire pit table is ONLY A TABLE!
- You are welcome to use our grill but have to procure your own gas tank!
- Please keep volumes low on the rooftop to respect the neighbors.

We are happy to accommodate same-day bookings! However please check in ahead with us on available check-in time for same-day bookings only.

Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!
< NO SMOKING INSIDE >
Please do not smoke inside our home! Any signs of smoking will result in an additional violation fee.
< QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM >
Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep the noise down after 10 pm!
< NO PARTIES/EVENTS >
We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)
< TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS >
Please sort out the trash and dispose of it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in cans inside the house if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
< LOST & FOUND >
Please double-check that you have all personal belongings before you leave! If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions:
- We do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them.
- If found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs.
- Lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.
< NO MAILBOX ACCESS >
We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
