Sweetly tucked away down a private drive in a peaceful neighborhood, the spacious 4500 sq ft house has everything you need. Our renovated house has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens to easily accommodate a large family! Enjoy favorite movies on a giant screen wall or spend quality time with family barbecuing in our large backyard. Rest up after a day of adventure in front of the fireplace and turn in to hotel-quality plush mattresses and crisp white linens!

This 2 story modern 4500 sq ft house opens out to a private green backyard on the ground floor. On the bottom floor, a spacious entertainment area with a massive video wall screen attracts to spend time with family watching your favorite Christmas movies.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:

- We do not offer cooking condiments but you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store.

- Under the Seattle zoning code for this neighborhood, guest occupancy is restricted to 8 unrelated individuals. Groups larger than 8 must affirm during reservation that there are not more than 8 unrelated guests.

- We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)

- Please note that Seattle is fairly temperate even in summer so we may not have portable AC set up by default, but we will provide and set up portable AC upon request on warmer days.

- The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. VRBO should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".

- Pets are welcome! Please note that we charge $150/pet per stay.


- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.

- Our house is located on a lush backyard with lots of greenery. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.

PLEASE be respectful of our neighborhood. Just a heads up that for this property, the neighbors can be sensitive to noise from large gatherings in the backyard so please be mindful of that so they won't complain of the noise. Thank you!

Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in cans inside the house if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.

< LOST & FOUND >
Please double-check that you have all personal belongings before you leave! If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions:
- We do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them.
- If found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs.
- Lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.
