This charming condo located in a quiet and friendly gated community! You'll love its convenient location near the entry gates and within a 5-minute walk to the Island Market Grocery store, local restaurants, and shopping areas. You can also reach Disney's Aulani Resort, the Four Seasons, and the stunning Ko Olina Lagoon Beaches in just 7 minutes by foot. This family-friendly home is fully equipped with everything you need and offers 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. Take in the lush and peaceful scenery from the Lanai, the roofed patio that overlooks tropical landscaping. You'll also have access to the pool and BBQ areas, which are just a quick 5-minute walk away. But that's not all! You can also enjoy access to the beach lagoons, sports club, gym, golf course, and tennis courts for endless entertainment during your stay. We're sure you'll feel right at home here!

Additionally, the Homeowners Association requires that all bookings have a lease. We will send a message with the terms of the lease after booking. The State of Hawaii requires a 17.25% transient tax to be collected from every booking, however, we INCLUDE all taxes and fees to your final rate.
