Each room features a Smart TV with streaming apps, so you can relax and unwind with your favorite shows and movies. And be sure to check out our garage converted into a game room, complete with air hockey, a dart board, TV, and a Galaga arcade unit. The perfect space for family fun and games! The second bedroom features fun coloring and art and some kids games.

Step outside and enjoy our fully landscaped backyard, complete with a grassy area, dining area, fire pit, BBQ, and hot tub. Our property is conveniently located and easily accessible, making it easy for guests to find us. You'll also be pleased to know that we have a long, flat driveway that provides ample parking space for all our guests.

However, we kindly ask that you refrain from parking on the gravel in front of the shed. This area is not designated for parking and is reserved for other purposes. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the appearance and functionality of our property.

We provide dog water and food bowls at the property, so you don't have to worry about packing those essentials. Please note that while we welcome dogs, we do not allow other pets on the property. Our pet-friendly policies are designed to ensure that every guest has a pleasant and enjoyable stay

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Please be sure to read the cabin manual and all check out instructions regarding removing perishables and all trash at departure to avoid additional charges at check out.

-BE SURE SPA LID IS ON AND LOCKED

ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED AT DEPARTURE, to avoid additional fees.

SPA HOURS & INFO:
Spa hours are strictly 7am-10pm. SPA USE IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER 10PM - 7AM NO EXCEPTIONS

-Absolutely NO GLASS, NO FOOD OR ALCOHOL in the spa.

Please be quiet after 10pm, as we do have residential neighbors and could lose our permit over noise complaints.

Be sure to replace spa lid when not in use. This will allow spa to heat up for next use.
