SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master suite is a luxurious haven, featuring a king bed, 42” SmartTV, and a dedicated workspace. The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like retreat with dual vanities, a spacious walk-in shower, a jacuzzi tub, and a bidet toilet.


Upstairs, bedrooms two and three offer ample space and comfort, each with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 also features a twin bunk bed, 55” SmartTV and a keyboard for the musically inclined. These rooms share a large bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination.


LIVING & ENTERTAINING SPACES
Enter the house through the garden-lined walkway into a spacious great room, featuring a 65-inch Smart TV and a sectional that comfortably seats six or more. The open-concept chef’s kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with stainless-steel appliances, a wine fridge, and generous counter space. Gather around the island, with seating for four, or enjoy meals in the adjacent dining area with a bar-height table for four, or take your dining experience outdoors with seating for six on the back patio.


OUTDOOR SPACES
The front and side yards are a gardener’s paradise, brimming with wildflowers, herbs, and even strawberries ready for picking. Meander through these lush gardens to the fire pit area, where string lights create a magical ambiance for evening wine and conversation. The back deck patio is perfect for al fresco dining, featuring a table for six and a Weber 3-burner BBQ grill. After dinner, unwind in the 6-person hot tub under a blanket of stars.

This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy or tampering with smoke detectors or security devices will result in a $300 fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
