- Groups under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- No luggage storage available; consider suitcase locks or keeping luggage in sight.

We adhere to Rent Responsibly standards, using a smart home device to monitor noise levels, ensuring a peaceful and safe stay. We kindly ask you to read our Lunabase Rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

✔️ Drinks only on the table at the pool and are not permitted in the pool
✔️ No Smoking. We will recover deposit if this rule is broken.
✔️ No unregistered guests allowed without prior approval.
✔️ Please don’t eat or drink in the bedroom.
✔️ Please respect the noise curfew (9pm-9am), decibel detection in unit, and 24/7 security in building. Excessive noise can lead to termination of reservation.
✔️ Please turn up the AC to 76 when you go out.
✔️ Please respect check-in and check-out times.
✔️ Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $100.
✔️ Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
✔️ Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
✔️ Please do your dishes.
✔️ Please take the trash out before you leave.
✔️ Age and Booking Requirement Policy: This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed), photo shoots or gatherings of any kind.
