Guest Access:
Guests have access to three bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and a single bed, though only one has air conditioning. There are two full bathrooms available. The living room features a movable TV that can be taken to the terrace or bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area seats eight. Additionally, there’s a terrace with two breakfast tables and private parking for a truck and a small car.

Shared amenities include a garden with swings and fruit trees, children’s play area, sunbed zone, and a solar-heated semi-Olympic pool. The property also offers a private BBQ area with gas and charcoal options.

Getting Around:
The journey from Mexico City International Airport to the property is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The journey from Cuernavaca Airport to the property is approximately 30 minutes.

We recommend arriving at the property by car. We suggest:
-Taking a taxi from the airport.
-Using ride-sharing apps.
- Renting a car from one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
-Do not smoke inside the house
-Do not sit on wet or damp furniture inside the house.
-Do not take furniture from inside the house to the terrace or garden. Brown chairs are for the terrace.
-As you were informed, parties and pets are prohibited.
-Avoid having a high volume of music
-Do not manipulate the alarm system, irrigation system, pumps, any inconvenience or doubt please consult us.
-Please always use a tablecloth on the wooden table in the dining room. If you think your little ones can dirty the upholstery of the chairs, in one of the drawers in the dining room you will find mats to protect them. -Turn on the boiler by turning the top knob to open.
-Make sure to turn off the fans and air conditioning in the room, the latter by pressing “POWER”
-Do not take towels from the house to the common area.
-Low volume hours from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM
-Exclusive use of swimsuits in the pool.
-Do not bring glasses, bottles, or any glass objects. Eat only snacks or refreshments, no formal food.
-Do not play music in common areas.
-Do not eat around the pool (nearby)
-Quiet hours in common areas from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM
