Guest Bathroom: Single vanity with shower/tub combo, marble floors
Den: Pull-out sleeper sofa; a computer table big enough for a monitor and French doors that shut for privacy.

The residence has excellent internet and the three new TVs set up for streaming – one in each bedroom and a 75-inch TV in the living area, perfect for watching the games or movies. All artwork in Heron House comes from local Florida artists.

From the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room, guests will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that span 45 feet. Yet Heron House is tucked back far enough away from the pool and common amenities so you will feel like you’re staying at your own peaceful private island oasis. Guest Access:
In terms of amenities, Gulfside Place is likely the most finely equipped community on Sanibel.
