Relax, play or work online in this NEW (2023) Sea Ranch home we call "Sea Mystic" which can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths. Whether you are coming for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this house has everything.

Sea Mystic features ocean views, a 2 minute walk to the awe-inspiring 11-mile-long bluff trail, a private hot tub nestled under the adjacent cypress tress, a chef-ready kitchen and a modern surround-sound entertainment system.

This house features two king beds, two twin beds and a queen-sized sofa bed (in the living room) so up to 8 guests can be can accommodated. We allow one well-trained dog (see House Rules for details).

The fully-equipped "Chefs" kitchen opens onto a covered deck with ocean and meadow views, perfect for enjoying an afternoon snack or beverage or just watching wildlife and birds swoop over the open space. Four gas fireplaces (one in each Bedroom and one in the upper-floor Great Room) add both warmth and ambiance to your stay.

The three full bathrooms include a Master with a large walk-in shower and a separate European-style soaking tub. The other two full bathrooms (one downstairs, one upstairs) feature walk-in showers.

A 4-person hot tub is right outside of the Master Suite for relaxing day or night under cover of the majestic Cypress trees which line the property. The rear deck, which is accessible from both downstairs bedrooms, is the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy our unusually temperate Sea Ranch weather (averages 60-70 degrees F most of the year).

The home features fiber-based Internet (1 Gigbit/sec up/down) with multiple WiFi access points, a full surround-sound home theater system in the upper floor Great Room with access to major streaming platforms. TVs with full streaming capabilities are also available in the two downstairs bedrooms.

Guests have full access to over 50 miles of Sea Ranch private trails, three all-year heated swimming pools with saunas, tennis and pickleball courts. There are 6 public and 3 private beaches, all within a 10 minutes drive of the property. Other nearby activities include kayaking on the Gualala River (seasonal) and bike riding on the private Sea Ranch roads bike trails. Other local attractions include wine tasting (as close as 40 minutes away), the history Point Arena Lighthouse (30 minutes away) and the coastal art community of Mendocino (75 minutes away).

The town of Gualala, which features two full supermarkets, several restaurants and a medical clinic is a few minutes away by car.
