Nestled in Kanab, this delightful clean condo offers 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer, in unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of amenities like AC, WiFi, and a fitness room, Swimming pool ( April 1st - Sept 30th) Year round hot tub. Private BBQ grill and table out back to enjoy meals, Full Kitchen with great room including a TV and cozy fireplace. Fast Wi- and quiet surroundings. This property has a covered parking spot as well as pull thru parking for Boats, Side by sides, etc. this property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Kanab is surrounded by public land 45 minutes from Zion national Park and grand staircase about 1 1/2 hours from Bryce Canyon, North rim of the Grand Canyon and 45 minutes to Lake Powell, 30 minutes to Coral Pink sand dunes., so many trails for your side-by-side‘s including hogs Canyon and Pick-A-Boo, beautiful rides, and then there’s the wave, white pockets, inchworm arch. as well as a lot of western history, many old westerns were made here. Restaurants are close and we have some good ones, very close to best friends animal sanctuary. Many fun events including balloons and tunes in February Western legends in August and a great small town Fourth of July there’s a beautiful park in town. And Jackson Flats reservoir great for kayaking or walking the trail around the lake. The lake has a great sandy playground. so many beautiful hikes, so Much to explore We hope you enjoy what our place and all Kanab has to offer.

Great place to stay

Great location. Exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. (We did not use the hot tub or pool so I can’t comment on that aspect.)

Fantastic place

This is such a wonderful place to stay. The location is brilliant - right close to so many great hikes. Zion National Park is pretty close too. Page is not far either - so lots of options to explore. Randy and Laurie are great hosts. The house was immaculate - with great amenities. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Randy and Laurie to help us enjoy a great vacation in southern Utah!

Perfect little town and place for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and the North Rim after May. Bedrooms are upstairs if that is of a concern.

Perfect for out night in Kanab

The place was clean, and the beds were very comfortable! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. It was quiet at night, which was important to me as a ligjt sleeper. The hot tub enticed us to try this listing, but we ended up not even having time to use it. We had some trouble locating the place at first given the map link on the listing did not take us to the exact location, but the hosts returned my call within five minutes and helped us find the place. The only small downside: the toilet in the downstairs bathroom flushes rather sluggishly. Overall, fabulous stay. Thanks!

Utah Family Vacation

The condo was in a great location. Kanab is a lovely little town. Close by to hiking trails and National parks. The owners keep everything in tip-top shape. Readily available for questions regarding the area. We enjoyed staying there for our 1st visit out west. Beautiful country!

Quiet condo close to everything outdoors

Loved our stay here! Hosts were responsive to messages. Condo was very clean, and had all the basics we needed for the few days we stayed there. Drives to tons of outdoor activities, state and national parks not too long!

Comfotable stay.

Fell short

Overall not bad, it was well-stocked with normal home supplies, but drawbacks are: 1) overhead lighting on first floor is very harsh. If you don't want to have table lamps, at least install dimmer switches; 2) upstairs lighting in bedrooms is dim, opposite of downstairs; 3) no dressers or bureaus in bedrooms; 4) no iron or ironing board; 5) washing machine leaks; 6) TV had only streaming, no live TV to get any news or weather; 7) pix made it look warmer/more inviting, but it was stark and sterile

Loved Kanab

Great unit and close to the pool for a swim after a long day of hiking. The unit was very clean. Great set up for a family of 4 or if you had 3 couples. Having the lower bathroom was great to clean up when getting back. Our kids liked eating out on the patio. The AC was really nice this time of year and they had it at a very comfortable setting. There was a cooler to use and the ice and water in the fridge worked well. We definitely will share this unit with friends and would love to come back. We also used the city pool and could easily walk there. The kids (9/7) loved it!! Open swim 12-5 with a park next door.

Beautiful home!

This place was the perfect place for us to stay to visit Bryce Canyon and Zion. We had plenty of plates, silverware, and cups. All appliances worked, and we felt at home. I have stayed at this location before and said if i ever visited Utah again, I would stay here, and we did.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had all the amenities that we needed including a washer and dryer. The place was clean and was in easy walking distance of downtown. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

Great place for our short stay

Clean, had everything we needed. Didn’t have time to try the hot tub which was kind of disappointing. Got there at 8:30, it closed at 9:00 and we weren’t even sure of the location of it but I’m sure if we had stayed more than one night we would have taken advantage of it. Would definitely use this place again.

Kanab Condo

Very impressed, It is a 3 bedroom condo with 2 full baths, 1 up(jack and jill) and the other on the main floor with a large shower. Ample seating at the table for eveyone if you take the time to cook. There could have been more seating in the living room. We did have two problems but those were rectified by Chris bringing the needed equipment. There is an electronic lock that must be WIFI as Chris said he needed to replace the Batteries before we'd get locked out. So I do believe he monitors this property closely. Cleanliness was definitely evident at this property. We would stay here again. So if you are looking for a great place with a swimming pool, exercise area and hot tub, this is the place.

Nice spot to stay. Host has a terrific binder with tons of information which was super helpful! Address was a bit hard to find the first time as there are multiple streets with similar names but the complex is great!

We are from Salt Lake City, we fell in love with Kanab and made this town our home. We enjoy the beautiful trails and hikes in this area, the locals are very friendly, we enjoy the food trucks and many restaurants. I think my favorite is the sky at night! We hope our guest enjoy this town and area as much as we do
