Welcome to our stunning 3-level retreat nestled in the charming neighborhood of Queen Anne! This spacious and meticulously designed house offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience for your Seattle getaway. With 7 bedrooms and 7 beds spread across three levels, there's ample space for up to 14 guests to relax and unwind. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city.
The space
- Private 3-level home w/ keyless entry
- Fully-stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, K-pods, pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses, and utensils
- 55" HD TV with FREE Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN
- High-speed WIFI
- Efficient heating
- Washer/Dryer available
Parking: We have a parking spot on the driveway adjacent to the home (for 2 compact cars, back-to-back). Please do not park in front of the house since this is a two-way street and parking in front of the house would obstruct passage to the fire department. Street parking is available across the street.
The house is private and fenced but has a gap in the driveway for cars.

> We do not offer cooking condiments but you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store.
> We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)
> Please note that Seattle is fairly temperate even in summer so we may not have portable AC set up by default, but we will provide and set up portable AC upon request on warmer days.
> The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest after 4 requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities. Vrbo should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".
> Pets are welcome! Please note that we charge $150/pet per stay.
> Pets should not be left unleashed, as they might escape.
> We are also located close to a greenbelt/neighbors' backyard. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.
> If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.

Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available.
* NO SHOES INSIDE *
Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!
* NO SMOKING *
Please do not smoke inside our home or within 20 ft of the perimeters! Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee.
* QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM *
Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!
* NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS*
We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)
* TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS *
Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
* LOST & FOUND *
Please double-check that you have all personal belongings before you leave! If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions:
- We do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them.
- If found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs.
- Lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.

We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
