Welcome to Kihei Akahi C103. This beautifully remodeled ground floor condo is the perfect place to make your Maui memories. This condo is fully equipped to accommodate 4 guests, & has beach gear for your use. There is AC in the living room only, and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy your private garden view lanai. Kihei Akahi is located in the heart of S. Kihei where some of the best beaches, dining, & shopping is located. Cross the street for Kamaole II Beach park, a local & tourist favorite.
The layout:
Bedroom: King size bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV with cable, usb chargers on nightstands, and closet space.
Bathroom: Beautifully remodeled bathroom with custom walk in shower and single sink vanity.
Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a full kitchen and breakfast bar(2 stools), New Smart TV with cable, Queen sofa sleeper with linens, window AC system, ceiling fan, dining table, and sitting chairs. In unit washer/dryer. Beautifully remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops and upgraded stainless appliances.
Lanai: Bistro table and sitting chairs. We supply beach gear for your use including chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler. Please clean sand off before bringing back in the unit.
Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.
We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.
It's all about the location...
Walk out of the complex and find dining, shopping, and beach rental options. Cross the street and end up at Kamaole II Beach Park, a favorite for sunsets, picnics, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, whale watching, and lounging. There are also many more dining and shopping options in both directions on Kihei Road. Kihei Akahi haslush tropical grounds, tennis courts, and 2 pools.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.
Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
*We make no guarantee that properties around to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guests. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this rental or give guest any right to any refund, or rental adjustment.
