Property Overview:
Garage Level: Enter through the garage into the upper-level studio suite with ocean views, a queen bed, kitchenette, sofa, and pool table. Enjoy two reserved tandem parking spots for easy access.
Mid-Level: Features all 3 bedrooms, including the master with en-suite bath, walk-in closet, and private ocean-view balcony. A washer/dryer is also on this level. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Lower Level: Includes the main living space with breathtaking ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar with stools, half bath, theater room, and access to the beach-facing patio.
Important Guest Information
Check-In:
All guests must complete our check-in forms prior to arrival. We work with a third-party insurance partner offering optional damage protection and background checks. Your privacy is always respected.
Travel Insurance:
Highly recommended to protect your reservation, as our cancellation policy is firm.

Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
No Events or Loud Music
Only Registered Guests Allowed – No outside visitors permitted
Non-Smoking Property – Indoors and on decks/balconies
Pets: Must be pre-approved, under 25 lbs, and off furniture. $500 pet cleaning fee applies.
Checkout: Must be on time to avoid fees. Contact us in advance for late checkout requests.
