This 3br/2.5ba luxury estate features an open-concept floorpan, including a great room that seamlessly connects the kitchen and living areas with the courtyard private HEATED pool and spa via large, expansive windows and sliders. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, shared bathroom with dual sinks and separate shower. Sliding door opens to private patio with stunning mountain views and direct access to the backyard putting course and bocce court.
Bedroom 3: Two full size beds, mountain views, shared full bathroom with dual sinks and separate shower.
Additional amenities: Two roll away xl twin beds with sheets, blankets and pillows in primary closet for children. Crib/pack-n-play with pads and sheets, and counter-top hook on high chair for toddlers available by request.

Well-appointed chef’s kitchen – which features brand new Samsung black stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas stove, large center island with 4 bar stools, open to the dining and living room areas - where your whole group can spread out and relax together.
DINING & LIVING ROOM AREA:
Luxurious – yet casual and comfortable with gas fireplace, oversized sectional couch, two leather lounge chairs and a large 75" TV perfect for watching the big game or relaxing by the fire with a great movie. The dining room table is set for 6, but can easily accommodate 8. You will find a number of board games in the dining room cabinet.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE:
Sliding glass doors open up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. The beautifully private courtyard begins in a shaded California room seating area next to an al fresco dining table and an outdoor William Sonoma gas bbq. This home is fully furnished with cable/satellite TV, Netflix and free high speed WiFi. Kitchen is equipped with appliances including refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, blender, toaster, traditional drip coffee maker, keurig with K-cup pods, sweeteners and creamers and more!
The following is included for max occupancy of the home: Basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, flatware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. Also provided are salt, pepper, olive oil and an initial supply of coffee capsules. No other cooking supplies are provided (oils, sprays, spice rack, foil, cling wrap, etc.)
House supplies: Our home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper and laundry detergent.
Bathroom and Other Items:
The home is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a hair dryer and a bar of soap. The laundry room includes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Board games are stored in the dining room sideboard along with champagne glasses and shot glasses. House also includes a gas bbq.
Guest access
Our home is accessible using a keyless smart lock. The code changes for every reservation for the safety and security of our guests. By issuing the unique code prior to arrival, the check-in process is so much easier so you can start your vacation as soon as you arrive.
You have access to the entire house except the kitchen pantry which we use for storage. Cook your own dinner in the beautiful brand new kitchen, or walk to world famous Ernie's bar and restaurant for a relaxing dinner with panoramic views of world famous PGA West golf courses! This luxury home offers a heated private pool and spa as well as a gorgeous fully landscaped private backyard with family fun for everyone. Practice your short game on the private putting course, play a round of bocce or sit around the fire-pit while taking in the breathtaking mountain views.

Cleaning Services:
We use professional cleaners to clean and disinfect between guest stays. We recognize that health and safety are important to our guests and therefore use enhanced cleaning procedures. All common surfaces are disinfected with anti bacterial solutions. We frequently change the HVAC filters and clean pool and hot tub weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness. If you would like house keeping to clean the house during you stay for an additional fee, let us know so we can make arrangements.
The Welcome Book in the foyer contains the house rules, HOA and City short term vacation rental rules. Guests are required to provide acknowledgement and adherence to local regulations any fines received will be passed on to guests. PGA West has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to noise violations. Please respect quiet hours.
Additionally, the renter is required to provide a copy of a valid ID. Video surveillance over the front door entrance/courtyard, as well as the driveway will be monitored for security purposes. We use a noise sensor to make sure guests stay under the maximum allowable decibels during daytime hours as well as quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. PGA West has a zero tolerance policy for noise violations and fines start at $1000.
Please check with us in advance before booking if you plan to exceed the maximum number of overnight guests (including children and infants).
Fire blanket and extinguisher provided under the kitchen sink and ceiling mounted sprinklers are located throughout the home. Fire alarms present in all bedrooms and a carbon monoxide detector is in the hallway shared by all three bedrooms. A first aid kit is located in the laundry room.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
The pool is $50 per day to heat to 88 degrees. Hot tub is included at no charge.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
The Signature Six is designer finished with a gourmet kitchen including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and crock pot. The property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. We provide a drip coffee maker with a fresh bag of locally ground coffee, coffee pods, olive oil, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not provide mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
