Please note that our property features stunning views, which come with a high-incline, narrow driveway.

We highly recommend front-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles.

We do NOT offer refunds due to weather-related access issues. Please plan accordingly and highly consider purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Please note that Wi-Fi is not yet available at this property, as we are still awaiting installation. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest access

Guests will have full access and use of the cabin 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic front door key pad, so there’s no keys to keep up with!

**HOUSE RULES**

Please Review the Following Information Prior to Your Stay and Contact Us if You Have Any Questions.

1. If You Bring More Guests Than Are Reflected on Your Reservation, You May Be Asked to Leave Without a Refund.

2. There is a $250 Pet Fee For Up to Two Pets (Dogs and Cats).

3. If Pet Droppings Are Left Outside, an Additional Fee Will Be Charged to Your Reservation.

4. No Large Gatherings or Events Over Occupancy Are Allowed Unless Discussed and Approved Prior to Booking with Your Host. You May Be Subject to Additional Event Fees and Security Deposits.

5. Keep Cover On Hot Tub When Not Using.

6. Do NOT Put Soap in Hot Tub. Violation of This Rule May Lead to Cleaning Fees Charged to Your Reservation.

7. Dispose of Trash in Tied Trash Bags in the Large Bear - Proof Garbage Cans Outside. Located Next To The Driveway. Please Make sure Doors Are Always Shut On Containers At All Times To Avoid WildLife Getting Into The Trash.

8. Do Not Exceed 6 Bags of Trash During Your Stay.

9. Be Aware - You Are Located in a Bear-Prone Area. Do Not Leave Food In Your Car.

10. After 48 Hours From Booking Your Reservation, We Do Not Accept Alterations to Your Reservation.

11. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED You Purchase Travel Insurance and Review Our Cancellation Policy Prior to Booking Your Stay.

12. The Minimum Age To Book Is 25 Years Old.

13. Our Hours of Operation Are 10AM-8PM EST. Any Messages Received Outside of These Hours Will Be Responded To As Soon As We Are Back On.

We Have A Security Camera Located In Front Of The Home That Is On 24/7 For Your Protection.

Our mountain home is a fortunate haven surrounded by the wonders of nature. However, it's important to keep in mind that various critters call our neighborhood home. Although we have an exceptional cleaning team and make every effort to keep them away, we cannot guarantee that they won't occasionally make an appearance. You can assist in minimizing the chances of such encounters by promptly cleaning up any crumbs or spills, and securely disposing of trash in the designated cans outside.
