Kürzlich mit neu eingerichtete 2 Schlafzimmer / 1 Bad Wohnung umgebaut. Sehr geräumig mit Wohn- und Familienzimmer. Die Küche ist mit neuen Herd, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon und reservierten Parkplatz. A / C-Einheit sind in den Zimmern. Sie können sich keine bessere Lage, zu Fuß vom Condado Bereich (Casino, Strände, Museen, Parks, Kreuzfahrthafen, Fähre, Zug, Bus, Convention Center und dem Laguna sowie Old San Juan und Isla Verde) erhalten. 7 Meilen entfernt vom Flughafen San Juan und 3 Meilen von der Plaza Las Americas, dem größten Einkaufszentrum in der Karibik und der zweitgrößte in Lateinamerika.

First Family Vacation

It was a wonderful stay in San Juan Puerto Rico. The property manager was very attentive and fixed the Internet when it wasn't working. We didn't have the view that we were expecting but we weren't at the property enough during the entire trip for it to really matter. We were in walking distance to the night life and beaches and all the activities we had planned. It was a wonderful vacation!

Property was clean and new . No non stick pans, no spatula, very sparse if you are cooking,step up to bathroom tripped me a few times, lights controlled by remotes ere a pain , 3 door locks to get in. Noisie outside bedroom window something metal clinks, construction people out their messing around all hours of day and night, close to food and condato park pavilion about 265 min slow walk.

Easy and convenient

Stan was great giving check in and check out instructions. The apartment was clean and has AC in the two bedrooms which was really nice. The apartment is on a side street from the main strip and was littered with trash along the sidewalks. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for when staying in San Juan for a couple days before going on a family cruise. Would stay here again.

Good place

Easy in, easy out. Clean. Good area. Easy walk to food and other stuff. Hosts are attentive and helpful, and very nice. Wifi is weak and barely works, no US tv, bathroom is small, and nothing but light sheets and pillows on beds. AC in bedrooms was great. Location is very good. And host will work with you for early or late check out. Thank you! We will be back!!

Excellent location, Condado lagoon to the north, the murals of Calle Cerra to the south. Parking in front of the building, off the street.

Unbelievable.

Bad communication from the start. I 6 missed calls while at work from an unknown number. No voice mail no text. The day before check in I message the host through the app, Nothing. Cool so I contact Vrbo. I get a new phone number to call/text. So I text asking for checkin instructions. It’s some sort of PM that tells me to call someone from a different # weird. They then tell me the property owner has been trying to get in contact with me. So the barrage of missed calls was them. But why not leave a message, text, email or message through the app like normal listings? The VRBO building is a Projects building between luxury towers. The windows were a giveaway, no glass windows. The shutters couldn’t close properly, and there was no glass window to block out noise, especially since it was raining and half a block away from the highway. The loud drip from the roof/gutters onto a metal can kept us awake the first night. Stray cats fighting outside our window also prevented us from sleeping. Communication with the host was poor, with no response to my text about being out of toilet paper. But how creepy is it when the power’s out, and you walk back to your place to find magically toilet paper in the bathrooms?. We could’ve been inside, and they’d’ve just walked in. The one paper-thin bed sheet and the horrible living room with a cigarette burn in the best couch make it hard to consider this place.

Creepy, and unwelcoming, out dated!!

This property was an old outdated bodega. Furniture, filthy, doors, falling off hinges, dead insects under appliances, construction materials, blocking pathways, and accommodations. Very cramped rooms, was told this is what I paid for! argument, no, it’s not!!! We rejected this location and found better accommodation

2 bedroom condo

Cute little 2 bedroom condo. Noise is a bit loud from traffic, but it was elections so traffic was more then normal. For the price it was a good fit clean, walking distance from a lot of restaurants, attractions, and a Walmart close by. I would recommend this.

Disaster

Where do I start, no glass in the windows, every sound outside sounded like it was in the room with us there were air conditioner units in the bedrooms so the rest of the house could not be cooled due to air going out the windows and the large gaps in the door. The lid for the toilet was broken, tiles were broken, the bath tub was stained, we overall felt unsafe, it was just uninhabitable. We left the first day and the host has refused to refund my money. Do not book this property!

Mr Sam reached out prior to arrival with detailed instructions on entering the property which I appreciated. Apartment was very clean and each room had an AC unit. Kitchen was supplied with all necessities. Mr Sam even gave recommendations on good restaurants in the area. There was a food truck park and local shops in the area that was walking distance. Uber was easy to catch. I would recommend and also stay again.

Great for the price.

Comfortable, beds comfortable, AC in Bedrooms a Big Plus, good utensils etc. But this stood out more than ANYTHING, I stay in Hotels, 3,4,5 Star and they ALWAYS skimp on Toilet paper. The TP was a Prayer Answered.... Sometimes it is the Little Things, this was a BIT little thing... Would stay again!

Great location!

This place is in a great location walking distance to food, bars, night life, beach and more. I stayed with a group of friends and we were so close to everything we needed! Mr. Sam was a great host and always answered any questions.

Nice apartment, pretty good location

This is a nice, spacious two-bedroom apartment in the Miramar district, outside of San Juan. I did not find the location to be as walkable as I would have liked: many of the restaurants, etc., were closed for the duration of my stay (maybe permanently?) and I ended up having to drive into Condado more often than I would have liked. It's not really feasible to walk to Condado, especially at night. Fortunately, the apartment's street has ample, free parking so if you rent a car for your stay here there should be no problem at all.

Bad Area and Low standard accommodations

The apartment was not set up like a vacation home. Rust around tub drain, Toilet tank needed to be filled with buckets pf water. I found a half eaten sandwich in a kitchen cabinet, there was a closet with water damage and bugs in that area, several missing wall tiles.Third floor walk up no light dark hallway. I never felt safe We heard gun shots at 4AM. We were to stay 11 days and left after a few days.

Perfect Spot

The property with Mr. Sam is the perfect spot, close literally EVERYTHING!! We were 1/2 block from the food truck park, a 10 min walk to Condado Beach, 5 min from the lagoon (you could actually see the lagoon from the balcony!! Mr Sam is very helpful, kept in touch n was very eager to help with suggestions on where to go, eat, hang out, anything!! His place was clean, the area was pretty quiet, nothing to worry about at all. We felt safe at all times. I would definitely stay again
