• You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.
• A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The deposit will be used for any damages and incidental charges. Any balance of the security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
• In the event the primary guest on the reservation needs to be changed, there will be a $100 name change fee charged by Host. Change of primary guest must be made by contacting the Host.
• No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) of the reservation will be forfeited. Arrivals other than the day of check-in on reservation may risk losing reservation and any refund. If arrival is late, please contact the Host prior to reservation check-in to see if other late check-in arrangements can be made but cannot be guaranteed.

Please refer to the posted pool signage for more information. Please note the Lazy River is a family-friendly area and alcoholic beverages are prohibited. There are no lifeguards on duty. For your safety, swimming or playing in the lakes on the property is prohibited.
