Das Gästehaus ist ideal für einen entspannten Rückzug aus dem Alltag. Das Hotel liegt nur 15 Minuten von den großen Städten, diese 15 Morgen großen Anwesen bietet ein Maß an Ruhe und Gelassenheit, die schwer zu finden, während immer noch nahe genug, um alles zu sein Live-Unterhaltung, exquisite Mahlzeiten zu genießen, anspruchsvolle Golfplatz, das Meer Strände, Familie Weltklasse-Resorts , großen Casinos und preisgekrönte Weine.

Das Hotel liegt etwas niedriger auf dem Grundstück als das Haupthaus, bietet es eine private und ungestörte Heiligtum für Ihre Zeit von zu Hause weg. Das große Schlafzimmer befindet sich am Rande der Hügel und präsentiert Blick auf die Täler sich beide Norden nach Temecula Überschrift und nach Westen zum Meer. Dieses Zimmer ist mit Windows geladen und empfängt kühlen Abendwind bei offenem Fenster. Ein voller Größe gestapelte Waschmaschine und Trockner ist im Schlafzimmer für Ihre Bequemlichkeit gelegen, und es gibt viel Stauraum in voller Größe Kommode und Kleiderschrank.

Die andere Hauptraum des Hauses enthält sowohl die Küche und das Wohnzimmer, aber dieser Raum ist so groß, dass man nie überfüllt fühlen. Die Küche verfügt über Geräten in voller Größe (Gasherd und Backofen), großer Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, und Meilen von Gegenraum (einschließlich einer Metzger-Block Insel). Es gibt einen bequemen Tisch für vier Erwachsene hausgemachte Speisen zu genießen.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Liebe Sitz und ein Schlafsofa (Königin) und die Smart-TV drahtlos mit dem Internet verbunden HD-Inhalte (Netflix und Vudu) oder verwenden Sie die Blu-ray-Player für Ihre Lieblingsfilme zu streamen. Wir haben eine Bibliothek von Filmen, die auf Wunsch ausgeliehen werden kann.

Es gibt Aussicht von jedem Fenster / Tür, die unglaublich sind als Eigentum auf dem Hügel am Ende einer Privatstraße befindet. Die Zufahrt ist eingezäunt und die Eigenschaft wird in der unmittelbaren Haus eingezäunt, aber es ist eine zusätzliche 4 Morgen neben dem Gästehaus Weg, der von unseren Ziegen eingezäunt ist und besetzt. Die restlichen 10 Morgen ist nicht eingezäunt, sondern ist für die Erkundung, zur Verfügung und enthält einen (vernachlässigt) Kalk Hain. Der größte Teil des Landes ist robust und mit original Chaparral Wachstum bedeckt, Geröll und Tierwelt, aber nicht bieten die beeindruckende Aussicht in alle Bonsall und hat einen gepflegten Feldweg für einen leichten Zugang.

Christmas Vacation

Place was beautiful and had all the amenities you could possibly need. We loved having coffee on the deck every morning and even brought our dogs as well as they loved the quiet and paths to take walks on. We will be staying here every time we come to visit family! Highly recommend!

Great views but very poorly maintained unit

If all you want is a spectacular view, you will be happy. But the cluttered, rummage sale interior will not impress most short term visitors. The huge old overstuffed furniture was way to large for such a small casita. The refrigerator was dirty and half full of open food containers from a previous occupant. The linen appeared to be clean but nothing else was and we spent the first day sweeping, wiping down floors and dirty counters. We threw out very old food in the pantry including moldy flour, rancid spices etc. There was deferred maintenance in numerous areas including a leak under the kitchen sink, cracked toilet bowl and dried out wood work, Frankly, we should have left after the first night but for the fact that we prepaid and did not want to get into a problem with the owners. This unit was far from prepared for a vacation rental and is very inconvenient to services and attractions, of that we were pretty much aware but we were unprepared for the condition of the unit and were happy to leave two days early than our lease period.

Pictures were deceiving

I was very disappointed with this place. It was very dirty: all apliances including the refrigerator which was very dirty, had lots of leftovers and the freezer leaked into the refrigerator. The dish soap was even watered down! I asked the owners for my cleaning deposit back. They said no. I was forced to either pay $59 for liability ins or a $1500 refundable deposit. This is what I wrote to the owners and offered to show pictures: NOT AS PICTURED! Microwave dirty and doesn't turn Refrigerator dirty and leaks Stove dirty Washer filthy Watered down dishsoap Messy drawers Decor cheesy On a scale of 1 to 10? 2.5 ,-( They watered down the dish soap! Thd bathroom suppof shamp, etc were patgetic-1/41/2 inch in a mess of bottles dumped in a basket Not cozy Messy patio Bad lighting Faucet doesn't turn or pull put Noisy dogs I feel that they were trying to get the most money for the least amount of effort on their part. I left one day early snd i would never recommend this place anyone.

Large Custom Guest House On Hill Top Estate In Bonsall

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property it was the type of place we needed for a long stay and was pretty much centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see. My only criticism would be on the cleanliness of the guest house, it was definitely not up to our standards. However bear in mind that my wife and I are very particular when it comes to cleanliness. Our overall impression was that it is a great place with wonderful owners, but would benefit from a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint on the interior, it would look like a million bucks! We would and may stay at this property again. We stayed at the property for 6 consecutive weeks.

Love this Casita

This is the second time we stayed here and will absolutely be back again. The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured- rural but less than 10 minutes to the I-15 freeway, so convenient to everything. The hosts are super nice people and easy to work with. We love everything about this property.

The view of a lifetime

The cozy guesthouse is comfortable and quite private from the adjacent main house. Our small dog enjoyed looking at the llama, donkey, and three goats who were on their side of the fence. And the view to the west and the north is spectacular! A great getaway!

Didn’t want to leave

This place is a fine! Even though there are others on the property, it was like we were totally isolated and private. I my wife joke that we needed to put an offer in on the unit we stayed in because it was so perfect and comfortable I’m not very good at reviews, but all I can do is give us the highest recommendation and thank you J and Hallinan for a great place to stay. We will be back sometime in the future.

We loved everything about this location. Only wish we would have stayed in a little more and utilized the bbq and patio. Gorgeous location, very well set up, friendly host. Spectacular views, very spacious, everything you need. Our dogs loved meeting the goats, donkey and llama! Enjoyed the peace and quiet while in town visiting family. Jay and Helen were easy to contact and very responsive to anything we needed. We loved our stay at their lovely home!

Gorgeous Views and away from Hustle and Bustle!

The property is set in an awesome location on a small mountain where you can see the ocean (long distance), the surrounding mountain and Gorgeous sunsets over distant mountains. It is close to freeway access where you can go to San Diego, Oceanside and Carlsbad within a 30 minutes if you want. Or just stay and enjoy the hummingbirds, goats, donkey, and lama and the peacefulness of the setting! We loved it and hope to go back again!

Beautiful guest house (casita) in beautiful area. Hosts were friendly and available but allowed complete privacy. Location is a bit remote but I was aware of that when I booked. Added bonus was being greeted by a llama, goats, or Miniture donkey every time we parked!

Amazing view, but there are problems.

The view is incredible, and at first glance the unit is charming. The bed is super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. The owners/managers are kind, answer immediately and seem to genuinely want to please. But there are problems. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard and a cleaning rag left drying on the bathroom plunger. Toaster crumbs all over the cupboard. We really began to wonder what is actually clean in this unit. The owners are appropriately apologetic and responsive, but who is overseeing the maintenance and cleaning? And it is bad business to have visitors in your unit at the same time there is major construction on the property. We should have been notified of that before arrival and offered an option to cancel the booking. Add to that minor maintenance on the actual unit during our visit which required we either stay to hear every bang of the hammer and screech of the motors or abandon the area and leave the unit unsecured with our property inside for the day. So the view was amazing, but the stay was less than the tranquil visual would imply.

What a great place! View is beautiful! We loved just sitting out on the patio. The house is nice, bed was very comfortable, kitchen had about all you’d need even though we only ate breakfast in each day! There is construction going on but it never bothered us!
