1. Your safety matters. Ring doorbell with surveillance camera is located at the front door, facing away from the house. The camera does not look into any interior spaces, view of the front porch and driveway. Camera recordings are automatically removed after 7 weeks.

2. No Smoking allowed.

3. No pets allowed.

(Guests who violate this will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.)

4: Age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
