Pool equipment is monitored – if tampered with, guest will be charged for cost of reprogramming plus $500 service fee.

Pool Heating: The pool can be heated up to 80 degrees during your stay for a fee. If you decide to take advantage of this extra service, please notify the host 48+ hours in advance.

October: $105
November: $125
December - February: $150
March-Sept: $100

Quiet hours 9PM – 9AM are strictly enforced. Noise or other fines from the city during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest to pay.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

No Smoking allowed. A fee of $600 will be charged for smoking.

Additional fees may be charged for any damages and/or additional cleaning.

For security purposes cameras are on the exterior front and sides of the house.

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard.

No pets allowed.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are allowed based on availability; please inquire for the fee.
