Into the Woods- luxury yurt glamping between Chena Hot Springs and Fairbanks

Conveniently located between Fairbanks and Chena Hot Springs Resort. Enjoy everything there is to love about the boreal forest as you step outside, inside our yurt, and Into the Woods. Treat your senses to the sights, sounds, and flavors of the boreal forest including a complimentary breakfast featuring Belgian waffles, locally produced birch and berry syrups, teas, farm fresh eggs, artwork and more.GF/DF options available.

Located at the top of our 5 acre homestead, pull into the private parking area and follow a short trail through groves of wild roses, highbush cranberries, labrador tea, fireweed, and spruce and birch trees to retreat to your own little sanctuary Into the Woods.

Once inside, leave your worries at the door and surround yourself in the comforts of nature or feel free to drop your bags and venture a little farther up the road to enjoy the Chena Hot Springs State Recreation Area and/or Chena Hot Springs Resort.

In addition to your stay, we'd like to treat you to an authentic Alaskan breakfast featuring specialties brought to you by the boreal forest including:

MAKE YOUR OWN BELGIAN WAFFLES
- enjoy your choice of Birch, Blueberry, or Raspberry Rhubarb syrup, or unfiltered, raw Honey from our onsite Apiary.

RAW GOAT's MILK (upon request)
As our guest, we would love to share one of the most nutritious and beneficial products our homestead has to offer - raw goat's milk. However, to be clear, we cannot sell it and you agree to take full responsibility of the risks of drinking raw milk and realize that it is being offered with the understanding that you are drinking at your own risk. With that said, we are happy to leave a pint or quart or half gallon upon request.

Coffee - we invite and encourage you to support other local businesses in the area which include: Larae's Bakery and coffee shop and/or The Missing Moose cafe for your coffee of choice ( we do offer a caffeinated tea from Sipping Streams used on the YUKON QUEST that will keep you going all day. )

Plumbing- As part of the "glamping" experience -
we are what is considered by the locals as a "dry cabin" or yurt, which means running water is not available, however, a 5 gallon water dispenser with hot and cold water is provided for drinking and cooking and a private outhouse is available for a true Alaskan experience.

Showers are available for purchase at our local laundramat 8 miles up the road** or enjoy a soak at Chena Hot Springs Resort and come back feeling refreshed and ready to relax. **WE are happy to provide a shower kit upon request with two towels, wash clothes, soap and travel shampoo and conditioner.
