The home has a private bench near the water if you want to sit and relax by the water and watch the ducks swim by. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home being a reverse living, you will have the kitchen and master bedroom upstairs as well as the main living space, dining room, and sunroom.
