We just finished renovating this history solid brick building to create a magical home for your getaway in Chicago.
Steps from the stadium, our garden pad is the perfect home base for you. Situated next to the players parking lot, watch all of your favorite players enter the stadium.

There is a small living/dining room space, kitchen, a large back deck (shared with two other apartments).

Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed.
There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. We can offer parking permits if you need to park on the street in front of the house. You must let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can order them prior to your arrival.

To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.

Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.

Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.
