There's room for the whole family in this beautiful remodeled historic home located in the state streets area of Bristol, TN. This space is just minutes from downtown Bristol and all of the local events, restaurants, bars, and shops in the downtown area! It is also close driving distance to Bristol Motor Speedway and Hard Rock's Bristol Casino and just around the corner from King University.

The home features five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main level offers one bedroom, one full bath, and the common area including a kitchen, breakfast area, formal dining room, and living room. Upstairs you will find another full bath along with four bedrooms. You'll love the backyard area with a fire pit, grill, and patio furniture to enjoy the outdoor living space with your family and friends.

Guests have access to the entire property, except the unfinished basement, and there are no shared spaces.

Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.

The home is located in the historic district of Bristol, Tennessee on Florida Avenue. It's a very walkable neighborhood and also very close to King University.

There is public transportation available by bus and also Uber, Lyft and taxi services.

We are in love with with this historic home and are really proud of the work that has been done to restore it, however keep in mind that the home is more than 100 years old. The original hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful, but they do squeak and creak a little when you walk on them. They may be a little uneven in places as well.

The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
