This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is located adjacent to Aspen mountain and just steps from the Silver Queen Gondola. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. Relax by the wood burning fireplace and enjoy a night in around the dining room table that seats 8.

It is a dog friendly unit on the ground floor with easy access to grass. Condos are located in the area's best location, next to the Silver Queen Gondola. Guests can access the resort's many amenities, including the outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness facilities, Health Spa and more! Take advantage of the free ski shuttle during the winter months. Housekeeping services are included, and there is WiFi access throughout the resort.

Checking In Made Easy: At check-in, please present a valid photo ID that matches the registered guest’s name. A credit card will also be required to cover any potential incidental charges or damages. Resort fees, if applicable, are payable directly to the resort.

Main Guest: Within 24 hours of your booking acceptance, please provide the name of the main guest. If not received in time, we’ll use the name from your booking platform. Please note: once issued, we can’t change the Guest Certificate.

No Refunds, No Worries: Just a heads up, after accepting your booking, we cannot issue refunds or credits. We appreciate your understanding!

Age Policy: The main guest needs to be at least 21 years old to register at our resort.

Stay Your Way: Our standard rentals run from Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat, or Sun-Sun. Looking for something a bit longer? We might have options, though rates could be higher for extended stays.

Unique to You: Have any special requests? Whether it’s a custom bed setup or a specific room view, ask us at check-in. We'll do our best, but please remember, it’s all subject to availability.

Parking Info: Depending on the resort, parking fees may apply. These are not included in your booking rate.
