The home features a luxurious primary king suite and a queen ensuite, along with 5 additional queen beds and 2 more king beds, ensuring ample space and comfort for everyone. Gather in the spacious living area for cozy movie nights or whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The game room offers endless entertainment with skee ball, basketball, arcade games, and a pool table. Step outside to savor a BBQ on the grill, relax on comfortable outdoor furniture, gather around the fire pit, or take a dip in the pool (open Memorial day to Labor day) and hot tub. This is the ultimate destination for relaxation and fun!

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property's natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:

Our house is NOT pet friendly.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
