The unit has 5 bedrooms equipped with confortable beds, the main bedroom is composed of a king sized bed & is equipped with a 4k smart TV.

We are available 24/7 for our guests if they need anything. We can be contacted through the platform directly and we will provide our contact information upon booking to answer any questions or check-up on potential issues with the property during stays to make sure nobody experiences inconveniences.

NOTE1: Additional guest fee : 19USD / guest per night (over 8 guests) . Calculated by the platform.

NOTE2: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. VRBO securely sends credit card details that the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe then handles all processing.

A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. Also note that in the event of any cancellation, a credit card processing fee will apply.

NOTE3: For stays shorter than 14 nights, a refundable security deposit of 500USD is held on the guest's credit card on the day of arrival. For stays over 14 nights, a 500USD cash deposit is required upon checking in.

NOTE4: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 Dominican pesos /Kwh.
A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure. This way, your consumption will be calculated and you can pay directly in cash to your host upon check-out.

NOTE5: We always include 2 water bottles (18L) at arrival. There is a cage in the backyard where you can buy extra for 100 pesos.

NOTE6: Please also note that access to the rooftop terrasse is currently locked.
