The bedroom layout offers plenty of privacy for everyone. There is a king in the primary suite, 4-twins in the upstairs guest suite, and king in the main level guest suite.
The main level has an open concept and includes the oceanfront living room with balcony, dining area, kitchen and breakfast bar, WFH space, laundry area, guest bedroom with balcony and guest bath. The upper level has the primary suite with balcony and guest bedroom suite.
Amenities are reserved for owners and guests staying on property, which include an oceanfront pool and hot tub, fishing pier, sports court, small swimming beach, and two gas grilling areas. Our pier fishing license covers anyone fishing from our pier.
Key Colony Point is an oceanfront low density condominium complex on over 3-acres on the charming key of Key Colony Beach. All units have unobstructed open water views and access to all of the property amenities. All of our units come fully stocked with bedding, bath towels, beach towels, etc and full kitchens. We generally rent Saturday to Saturday and we do not allow pets.
Reservations made within 7 months of arrival require 50% deposit upon book and payment in full 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made over 7 months prior to arrival require a 25% booking deposit, 25% payment 180-days prior to arrival and payment in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled 181 or more days prior to the arrival date, Renter will receive a refund less 10% rebooking fee. Reservations cancelled 180 or less days prior to arrival date Renter will only be provided a refund if the unit is re-rented for the same period, at the same weekly rate and subject to a 20% rebooking fee.
