Naturally, the unit is equipped with microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, and all cookware to cook for yourself. You will have access to the Fitness Center and Heated Pool, with Laundry Facilities on site. Enjoy living the Vacation Life all year long. There is a restaurant and a Tiki Bar (The Happy Clam), on site for your Enjoyment. This property is in a Great Location and many activities close by such as: Siesta Key, Mote Marine Aquarium, and Ringling Brothers with an added Bonus Only Two Miles from Airport. Sorry no pet and no smoking suite. May be reserved for 3 nights minimum, longer stays more the seven nights rentals and rates can be discussed. Breakfast can be purchased at the front desk for an additional daily charge of $10 per person. All rentals have a mandatory exit cleaning fee of $85. Free Wi-Fi throughout our hotel keeps you connected, and our gym makes it easy to keep up your workout routine. We also feature guest laundry facilities, free parking with large-vehicle spaces, boat docking for a nominal fee and non-smoking. After a restful sleep, wake up with our breakfast or a morning swim in our outdoor pool. Boat docks are also available. No need to worry about bringing your toiletries, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or a fresh bar of soap and body scrubby for that fresh spa like feeling. Hmm, what about the laundry? Well not to worry, it is just across the resort in the north building. There is two (no charge) electric vehicle charging station stations. The suite comes with a twin fold out couch, or with a weeks’ notice, can be two high backed chairs. Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. The studio is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Baby crib/changer and stroller is available upon request one week before check-in. Additional light housekeeping is optional for stays longer than 7+ nights: $50.00 please inquire.
