The cabin is also located next to snowmobile trail - primary 150.

The couch pulls out to provide the third queen sleeping space.

Kitchen

The large eat-in kitchen provides a great dining in option. Choose from the cooktop island or outdoor grill to whip up meals during your stay. There is ample counter space for food prep. Enjoy the fully stocked cabinets, full of new dishware, cookware, bakeware, and utensils. In addition to full-size appliances and dishwasher, there is a microwave, toaster, crockpot, blender, K-cup coffee, and an ice cream maker.

Outdoor space is the star of this property. The home sits back from the quiet paved street, surrounded by nature. Two covered porches on the front of the home provide an outdoor spot in any weather. The private backyard provides a small deck off the dining area, leading to a large beautiful patio. Enjoy the grass space or gather with family and friends around the fire. Day or night, this beautiful spot will not disappoint. Plenty of parking for trailers on property ( Boat, Jetski, snowmobile).

**Please keep fires contained in fire pit area *Fires must be attended at all times! *When finished make sure all fires are extinguished! There is a hose located next to deck

*Please keep all indoor furniture indoors *Any out door furniture moved please put back in its original place before leaving.

*Please clean gas grill after use and turn off LP bottle.

Septic: the house has a eco-friendly septic system; Please avoid flushing wipes or sanitary products in the toilet Please do not pour grease down the kitchen sink drain

FYI: There is a ventilation pipe on lawn are that is designed to bring oxygen into the septic tank. There can be a slight odor around the ventilation pipe which is normal and not that noticeable unless you are standing right next to it.

All trash must be bagged and brought to the barrels provided.
