Upon entering, you'll find a welcoming living space, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area that comfortably seats six. The ocean-view balcony is perfect for outdoor dining, and the condo is equipped with WiFi, cable, flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience.
The condo features three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private bathroom and a luxurious jetted bathtub. One of the guest rooms is designed with kids in mind, featuring custom-built bunk beds.

Colony Reef is a family-friendly beachfront complex offering a range of amenities for a fun and relaxing Florida getaway. Enjoy two swimming pools (one oceanfront and one heated), a sauna, a well-equipped gym, tennis courts, and a playground. - Beach towels are not provided so please pack your own.
- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.
- This unit is NOT pet friendly.
- This rental is located on floor 4.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. If you have additional cars, you can purchase a parking pass for $25 for the entire stay. The office opens at 9:00 a.m. so late arrivals can get parking passes in the morning.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation.
