We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the main entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay.

The home is located in the heart of Blacksburg, VA. Only an 8 minute drive to Virginia Tech (4 miles), 20 minute drive to Radford University. The home is set on a large 8 acre property with an unobstructed view of a large meadow. Watch the sunrise on the front porch and drink your morning coffee. Enjoy the outdoors on the large property with surrounding foliage or head out to the local hiking. Only 12 minutes to Shenandoah Bike trail, 8 minute drive to Deerfield Trail or a 20 minute drive to New River Junction. This home is a year around beauty to enjoy beautiful green summers, wonderful fall colors and or a warm winter hideaway.

All areas of the home and property are open for guests use except for the garage which is used for owner storage.

This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house features an open living space with large bedrooms for up to 10 guests. Woodwork throughout the home offers a cozy feel while having a lot of room and open space. The kitchen looks out to the back yard and sunroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large sink and island for preparing food. The kitchen is filled with plenty of cookware, plates and items to make your stay comfortable: Keurig, Toaster and Large Refrigerator. First bedroom is off of the kitchen area with a Queen bed and workspace. Primary bedroom has a large King sized bed. A sectional sofa is in the front living room. The second bedroom is located off the den space and has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a futon for guests use in the den.

Laundry room features washer and dryer and utility sink and is equipped with detergent and cleaning supplies.

The home offers a large driveway with more than enough room for parking.

- Pets are allowed, but an additional pet fee is required, so pets must be included on reservation.

- Absolutely no parties allowed any parties will result in a canceled reservation and immediately being asked to leave
