ADDITIONAL COSTS
-There Is An Additional Guest Fee Of $50 Per Person Per Night Over 8 Guests To Cover Additional Linens, Towels, Supplies, Blow-Up Bed Setup And Wear And Tear On The Property.
-Child safe pool fence - $150 charge will apply if you’d like the fence taken down
-Pool Heating Is An Option And Is An Additional $200 Per Day With A 3 Day Minimum. Please arrange 72 hours prior to arrival
-Dogs considered if over 7-day stay. No cats.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The traveler's credit card is not charged until 30 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
Check-out time is at 10:00 AM
Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
RENTAL CONTRACT
A signed rental contract is required for all rentals and must be signed prior to check-in. No exceptions.
CITY INFO AND RULES
-Must be a minimum of 30 years of age to book this property.
-To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.
-Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.
