To make your check-in process smooth, we provide self check-in using smart locks. On the morning of your check-in, you will receive detailed instructions containing the house address, access codes, WiFi password, and host contact information. There is a lock box on the side of the house with a key for the main gate, and the code will be provided the morning of check-in.

- We pay extra attention to sanitizing the space to ensure your safety and well-being.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and a $200 fee will be applied if any smoke smell is detected.

- This is a fully gated property with street parking for 2. For added security, exterior Blink cameras are in place throughout the entire perimeter of the property.

- As you are staying in a neighborhood, we kindly ask that you treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we will take prompt action to address them.
