Charming family friendly home in quiet convient neighborhood.

Our goal is to share our family friendly home with no cleaning fees and great WIFI for your convenience. The main level consists of one king size bedroom with master bath and walk in closet. One den with an air mattress and bedding is available and full bath. The living room dining area are warm and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Our lower level features a huge family room with game table and tons of board games. The lower level has two queen bedrooms and one full bath. There is also a great large game room under the garage with foosball table, dartboard and bean bag toss. A great place for kids!! The backyard is a beautifully wooded area home to Baltimore Orioles, Hummingbirds, Cardinals and if you're lucky you'll catch “Our Little Darling” and her two fawns. The main level has a serene breakfast patio and also a patio off the lower level. The location couldn't be better; we are in a quiet area yet only two blocks from Interstate 229 making everything you could want to do within 10 to 20 minutes. Our access to Sioux Falls beautiful bike trail, the Yankton Trail Soccer fields, Sanford premier complex Sioux Falls baseball diamonds, the mall and both hospitals allows this area to be as convenient as you will find.
