The space
This newer log-style home is filled with all the modern luxuries while still creating a cozy cabin vibe perfect for a mountain retreat. Your group will love the peaceful location just minutes from the slopes and several popular outdoor recreation areas great for year-round adventures. With two different living rooms, spacious bedrooms, and three different private outdoor areas, this home offers a comfortable space to relax after a busy day of exploring!

Guests can enter the home through either the garage or up a short wood staircase to the spacious outdoor deck where the main door entrance is located. Upon entering the home through the main door you will be greeted by the light-filled open-concept living/dining/kitchen space. You will truly feel like you are on a mountain vacation in this space as you take in the exposed log walls and beams with nature views from the several windows surrounding the space.

Directly to your right, you will find the dining table, a spacious wood table complete with 6 chairs so you can enjoy a family-style meal with the whole group. To your left is the kitchen featuring a kitchen bar with two chairs, ample counter space, and stainless steel appliances. The fully equipped kitchen’s central location in the home makes it easy to stay connected to your loved ones while preparing a meal. Next to the kitchen and dining area is the cozy living room where you will find a sofa and loveseat situated around a large coffee table. Enjoy snuggling up with blankets in this space as you take in the falling snow out of the large windows, or have a relaxing movie night with a TV conveniently located on an entertainment console in the space.

Just off the kitchen, you will find the charming master bedroom filled with a cabin charm and nature views all around making it feel as if you are sleeping up in the trees. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, a mounted TV, and an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a beautiful single-sink vanity and a shower/bathtub combo with an oversized bathtub to soak in before settling in for the night.

Off this level of the home is a large outdoor deck which can be accessed from the front door or through the sliding glass doors off the living room. This wonderful space is perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and views and includes a propane bbq and an outdoor metal table with six chairs.

Up the stairs, you will find two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The first bedroom features a twin bunk bed with a lovely wood bedframe, a large dresser and closet, and two bean bag chairs to hang out in. Adjacent to this room is the second upstairs bedroom that boasts a queen-size bed, a tall dresser with a TV on top, closet space, and a private balcony. Enjoy the stunning views and fresh air from the small metal patio table and two chairs found on the balcony. Located outside both of the bedrooms is a shared bathroom with a single-sink vanity and shower/bathtub combo.

The home also includes a basement space where you will find a cozy second living room, half-bathroom, and access to the garage and private hot tub. As you make your way into this space you will find a wooden bench next to a shoe and coat rack to make it convenient to unload your winter gear before settling in. The second living room will make you want to instantly snuggle up and relax with a comfortable sofa, two leather chairs with ottomans, a beautiful fireplace, and a rug warming up the space. Turn on the fireplace and settle in for a movie night, or head out the sliding patio door and enjoy a relaxing soak in the private hot tub.
