We are conveniently located just one mile from the train station & highway & only 15 minutes to TF Green Airport. Book now & experience the best of Providence!
The Space:
NO PARTIES
We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or large gatherings.
THE LOCATION
This apartment is the perfect location and accommodation for your visit to Providence! Located on College Hill makes visiting Brown University and RISD super convenient from my apartment as both are only a short walk away from my place. There are also wonderful local restaurants close by as well.
THE LAYOUT
With a full kitchen, separate dining area surrounded by windows, and a separate living room with a SmartTV, there is no shortage of beauty in this newly renovated space. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and dedicated workspace. The living room has a couch and 2 accent chairs that convert into 2 twin beds when additional sleeping space is needed (all bed linens are provided). This space also has a door so it can be closed for privacy if you choose to use it as a sleeping space. The bathroom has a huge shower and the stackable washer and dryer as well!
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics (and some extras) for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The dining table fits 4 people quite comfortably.
THE BUILDING
The apartment is on the 1st floor, yet there are 4 steps into the building and 3 steps into the apartment. We can accommodate up to 4 guests. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay.
EXPLORING
There is one off-street parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street from the apartment. Leave your car and explore all Providence has to offer by foot, bike, or scooter! This area of Providence is also close to historical landmarks, parks, trendy cafes/eclectic restaurants, and boutique shops. The local bakeries and casual small restaurants are absolutely worth exploring! From specialty donut shops, to all types of food lunch spots...of which many you can order at the outdoor window, to unique shops...you can spend a day exploring just this one section of the City!

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and shares access to the building via the front door. This front door is shared with the 2nd and 3rd floor apartments.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors have beautiful historic homes. The front of our house is on a street that you will always see many people walking. Across the street, fenced in, are the athletic fields and Brown is less than a 10 minute walk. RISD is also close by. Thayer Street is less than a half mile walk which offers so many trendy shops, bakeries, and restaurants.
Getting Around:
No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need though or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.
Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors have beautiful architectural style historic homes. The front of our house is on a street that you will always see many people walking. Across the street, fenced in, are the athletic fields and Brown is less than a 10 minute walk. RISD is also close by.
