Summary:
Wake up and feel like you OWN the city with a fantastic view right from your private deck. Perfect, walkable spot to all that Downtown has to offer! You'll be captivated by the stunning views of Downtown & the iconic Superman Building breaking the horizon. Start your day at one of the nearby cafes before exploring the hidden culinary treasures of the surrounding areas. Walk to Federal Hill, Downtown, The AMP, Convention Center, & colleges! Easy Access to 95, 195 & 146, as well.
The Space:
NO PARTIES
We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or large gatherings.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Start your day with coffee in the apartment and/or then walk to The Nitro Bar or Seven Star Bakery for coffee and breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to cook/dine in, including a dishwasher, if you choose. However, there are so many great restaurants within walking distance as well.
THE ESSENTIALS
Take a break from exploring the City and relax in the apartment. Take in the view from the living room or utilize the separate room to get some work done and enjoy a book. Visiting Providence but still need to work? We have the perfect office set up with 2 desks side by side so you both can work at the same time if need be. The desks have a convenient built-in USB charging port. When it’s time for some rest, unpack your bags in the walk-in closet in the bedroom and enjoy the new queen bed.
THE PRIVATE DECK
Having your own private deck is a rare find in the City. The views of the City skyline are very nice during the day but exceptional at night! You can sit on the deck in the 2 lounger chairs or at the bistro table, you have options!
THE BUILDING
This apartment is on the 2nd floor and there are 2 other apartments in the building, and there is a dog in the building. The apartment is equipped for up to 2 guests, and designed with a central, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the buildings themselves remain older structures and are considered unsuitable for young children. There is one off-street parking spot available as well.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and private deck.
The Neighborhood:
The best part of this section of the city are the places that are off the beaten path. There are such great places like Bayberry Beer Hall, The Avery, Bucktown, Julian's, NitroBar, Seven Star Bakery & more. But just a short walk away, you can be on Atwell's Ave where the best Italian Restaurants in the city are located... And just over the bridge, is Downtown Providence where you have even more great restaurants, bars and lounges!
Also just over the bridge is the Convention Center and the AMP!
Essentially you can walk to everything from the apartment - car not needed in this location!
We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by.
Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.
We have free parking available for 1 car in a small parking lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
This is a 2nd floor apartment so you will need to go upstairs.
Interaction with Guests:
The building includes a shared stairwell and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartments and deck areas are exclusively for your private use. We want you to feel completely comfortable when booking with us, so if you have any questions—before, during, or after your stay—don’t hesitate to reach out through the messaging app for a quick response.
