Centrally located, perfect walkable spot to all that Downtown has to offer! Start the day at one of the nearby cafes before exploring the culinary treasures of the surrounding areas. A short walk to the best Italian restaurants on Federal Hill! Walk across the pedestrian friendly bridge to Downtown in a matter of minutes to see sights & shop! This is a perfect location whether you are on business or pleasure! Very close to The Amp, Convention Center, Hospitals & Colleges. Easy Access to 95 & 195
The Space:
NO PARTIES
We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is not suitable for hosting parties or events!
THE HEART OF PROVIDENCE
This is the perfect location to accommodate your trip to Providence, whether it be for business or for pleasure. Start your day with coffee in the apartment and/or then walk to The Nitro Bar or Seven Star Bakery for coffee and breakfast.
While the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to cook or dine-in, including a dishwasher, there are a plethora of restaurants within walking distance to choose from.
BACKYARD PATIO
Take a break from exploring the City and relax inside the apartment or on your own private outdoor patio. Outdoor space in the City is a rare find, making it the perfect spot to unwind!
WORK REMOTELY
Visiting Providence but still need to work, we have a desk with convenient built-in USB charging port in the living area. Time for some rest, unpack your bags in the walk-in closet in the bedroom and enjoy the new queen bed.
THE BUILDING
This apartment is on the 1st floor, but there are 2 other apartments in the building, one with a dog. The apartment is equipped for up to 2 guests only and designed with a central, open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the buildings themselves remain older structures and are considered unsuitable for young children. There is one off-street parking spot available.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and private outdoor patio.
The Neighborhood:
The best part of this section of the city are the places that are off the beaten path. There are such great places like Bayberry Beer Hall, The Avery, Bucktown, Julian's, NitroBar, Seven Star Bakery & more. But just a short walk away, you can be on Atwell's Ave where the best Italian Restaurants in the city are located... And just over the bridge, is Downtown Providence where you have even more great restaurants, bars and lounges!
Also just over the bridge is the Convention Center and the AMP!
Essentially you can walk to everything from the apartment - car not needed in this location!
We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by.
Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.
We have free parking available for 1 car in a small parking lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
Interaction with Guests:
The building includes a shared stairwell and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartments and deck areas are exclusively for your private use. We want you to feel completely comfortable when booking with us, so if you have any questions—before, during, or after your stay—don’t hesitate to reach out through the messaging app for a quick response.
