Our desert home has a spacious feel and an open floor plan with large tumbled travertine tiles throughout so when you walk in it feels big, bright and cool. The next thing you will notice (if the floor-to-ceiling plantation shutters are open) is the spectacular view. Walk across the sunken living room out to the patio, and you will see one of the best parts of our home. We recently redecorated the outdoors with Terra furnishings and a huge awning that covers the large outside dining table. There's also a lovely pool and spa with the unique privilege of being shielded from the course itself by possibly the only hedgerow on a Palmer course property, thanks to this having been the model home when the development was first constructed--that's also likely why it has the best view & a spot by one of the course's water features.

Inside the home, you will find a living room, a den, a dining room, a kitchen with extremely high end appliances (La Cournue stove, Subzero fridge and full-size wine fridge, etc.) and three en suite bedrooms, one of which has a closet so large we've actually put an inflatable queensize bed in there for overflow guests, but it works great as a little nursery too.
