This fabulous property features 1 king bed and 2 twin beds (that can be pushed together for a larger bed), perfect for a couple or family of 4! With amenities like AC, WiFi, Full Kitchen with oven, microwave and fully stocked with cooking utensils, toaster, blender all you need to enjoy! With your own Washer/Dryer machine right in the unit, your stay will be comfortable and convenient. There is a eat at counter top, as well as a dining table for your enjoyment. The noseeum /bug proof, screened-in lanai has a table and four chairs for enjoying the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, morning coffee, lunch, cocktails, and Al Fresco dining! The sound of the Gulf and light breezes with calm your soul and steal your heart! The unit faces west, for night after night INCREDIBLE sunsets.

The unit offers a master bedroom suite with ensuite bath, toilet and shower, as well as large closets for your clothing, suitcases, etc. Large smart TV in the bedroom for your streaming pleasure. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, (with a filler if you prefer to push together). It also has a smart TV, closet and cosy sitting area to read or relax! The second bath is just outside the guest bedroom, with Steam Shower, toilet and sink. The unit is freshly painted, with crown molding and well kept. Mattress's and pillows are protected for your comfort. Custom Hunter Douglas window treatments are automated to open and close at dawn and dark, with remote controls to adjust as you like. Remote control ceiling fans and lights throughout. Two elevators in the building to get you to the 10th floor with ease.

The serene atmosphere and peaceful surroundings make it an ideal retreat for relaxation. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. The Riviera Club is on the South Side of Fort Myers Beach (Little Estero Island), and away from all the busier and more crowded Downtown area. Enjoy a quiet beach, with all the wonderful wildlife! Walk miles on the beach, loaded with shells and beautiful views. Dolphins, manatee, and other sea life are often seen. The unit is RIGHT ON THE BEACH, just take the elevator down, and out the back gate, and you are THERE! The location provides the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. It is walking distance to a 7-11, with gas, a CVS and Santini Plaza, which will be reopening soon with many stores and restaurants. Publix grocery store, a local favorite, is just a few miles down the road from the condo, with great "pub-subs", excellent selection of food and wine, and family friendly service! For your convenience, a trolley stop is located right across the street and it will take you around the island, if you chose not to drive. Day trips to Orlando, Tampa Bay and Miami all within about a two hour drive. Or catch the ferry near by, that takes you to the to the Florida Keys, leave in the morning, and return in the evening!

Want more excitement! Visit Times Square, lots of restaurants, shops and the BRAND NEW MARGARITAVILLE Resort, with so much to see and do. Boat tours including dolphin tours, sunset tours, shelling, and more are reasonable and again, only about a 5 mile/15 minute drive from the condo (depending on season and traffic.) Bicycle, golf carts and other toys available for rental also, to have some fun touring the Island! Parasailing, boat and jet ski rentals abound on the Island! Nature lovers can head south, just a few minutes away to Lover's Key State Park and enjoy the breathtaking nature and beauty the park has to offer. Golfing and lots of night life also in near by Bonita Springs, or down town Ft. Myers, both very close~

POST HURRICANE UPDATE: Landscaping and grounds are still undergoing some improvements. The pool is not yet open but under renovation, and we hope to have open by November 1, 2024.
The Club House is not yet reconstructed, but there are beach loungers available to sun yourself. The unit did not suffer any damage from the hurricane. The beach is open and it's as beautiful as always.

This is a smoke / vape free condo and building, smoking/vaping is only allowed in front of the building, near the pond benches with ashtrays. Pets are not allowed at this location. Maximum 4 Guests. No visitors allowed. Violation of any of the House Rules may result in eviction with no refund. Our building has recorded security cameras for the safety of all.

Conveniently access I75 by driving north to Fort Myers or south to Bonita Springs. Southwest Florida International Airport is about a 45 minute drive, Punta Gorda Airport is about 1 hour and 15 minutes and Sarasota Bradenton Airport, Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Miami International Airport are all approximately two hours away.
