Guests have full use of the entire unit, including access to the clubhouse, pool, and tennis court. Should you bring your watercraft, a boat slip is available for rent at \$25 per day, with a maximum charge of \$100. You may use the boat ramp on the property and take advantage of the onsite trailer parking.
This condominium offers a tranquil retreat in a charming cove, just off the main channel. Adjacent to it is a marina featuring a gas dock and boat rental services. Conveniently located off the same exit as the hospital, it's a mere 3-minute journey from the town center. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Navigating the condominium is straightforward. Your designated parking spot is in the front row, marked E 104. If you have an additional vehicle, please use the visitor parking in the upper lot. Inside the condo, you'll find two parking permits to display on your dashboard throughout your stay. The tennis court and pool are accessible without a key card or code. Bracelets provided in the condo should be worn when using these amenities to indicate that you are a valued guest at Harbor Pointe.

Smoking in the property will result in an automatic $300 fine.
Parking accommodates two vehicles and one trailer. License plate numbers must be provided if parking a trailer.

Checking out any later than 10:15AM will result in a $100 fine, unless prior purchase of a late check out already occurred. Please be sure to report any damages to our property managers immediately.
