The home has been completely gutted and rebuilt featuring stylish finishes; kitchen with new polished stainless-steel appliances, LED lighting, comfortable open concept living space perfect for unwinding after a long day in the bustling city. The grocery store is close by making it easy to dine in at the stylish mid-century dining table that seats 4 guests. Relax in the living area equipped with a smart TV (Netflix, HBO, Amazon, Hulu - your account is needed)
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
BR1: Queen bedroom with closet.
BR2: Queen bedroom with closet.
~ There shall be either Sofa bed in living room or 2 twin foam foldout floor mattresses (bring your own linens)
~Living room with smart TV that flows into the dining area with table and seating for up to 4.
*Modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances fully equipped with pots & pans, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker (can never have too many coffee appliances), toaster, blender.
*Small porch in front with chairs sit in the front of the home by your entrance
*Backyard is fenced and is accessible by your unit and upper-level unit.
*Washer & dryer (bring your own detergents)
PARKING:
*Due to recent DC laws, this home has no parking available. However, there is free street parking on weekends, overnight and on holidays. We recommend using Spothero to find spaces nearby. Not responsible for vehicles or parking violations.
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. Ship at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages or items.
• Please be aware this is a full time VRBO and not a residence.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in the city.
*Two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths in each bathroom.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every bathroom has starter size shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per District of Columbia law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place bagged trash only in bins out back. No loose garbage. Receptacles to be taken to back alley for garbage days on Tuesdays & Fridays pick up. Recyclables on Monday pick up. Please put back empty after garbage pick up.
**CLEANING STANDARDS:
During these trying times, our guests' safety and well-being are our number one priority. We employ a professional cleaning company with trained employees who practice enhanced cleaning protocols and use cleaning products according to CDC guidelines designed to sanitize and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.**
