Ridgepoint 128 - This remodeled spacious 2,150 ft townhome offers ski-in/ski-out convenience to Deer Valley Resort. The Ridgepoint townhomes are located half a mile from Silver Lake Village and less than a 10-minute drive from historic Main Street in Park City. In an excellent location for year-round adventure, this unit in Ridgepoint offers a direct ski trail steps from the door with easy access to Deer Valley Resort's slopes (via Success run out and a short walk home via Silverlink run), year-round common area hot tub, and seasonal outdoor pool and tennis court. Extremely comfortable and decorated with fine furnishings, this home includes 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, plus a loft, and sleeps 6, making it ideal for your vacation any time of year.

Being a corner unit, the home enjoys the larger Ridgepoint design footprint (extra half bath, larger rooms and spaces). Large windows throughout offer vistas of the mountain resorts while providing spectacular natural lighting. In the summer, hike or mountain bike on the slopes of Deer Valley or Park City, walk to Silver Lake Lodge for shopping or dinner, or enjoy the on-site pool and tennis court. Right outside the front door is a convenient locked and covered ski-closet which is large enough to hold ski equipment and gear for the whole family.

No detail has been overlooked, including a private 6-person hot tub on the deck, a 70 inch 4K TV over the fireplace, two additional large flat screen LED TV’s (in loft and master), new king and queen beds, a tankless water heater, gas fireplace and plenty of board games and puzzles.

The gourmet kitchen is well stocked and includes granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The dining table offers additional seating for 8. If you don't feel like cooking, there are six 5 Star restaurants within a quarter mile or over 40 establishments that deliver.

Spaciousness surrounds the home’s three levels. The main floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room and upper outdoor deck. The loft offers comfortable seating and a large Samsung LED TV with a sound bar, making it a great place to enjoy your favorite streaming content. The living room offers additional sleeping space flexibility with a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. The foyer and a powder room are also located on the entrance level.

Downstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, two full baths, the lower deck and hot tub. The master bedroom on this level features a king bed and LED TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is spacious and includes a twin over full bunk. Additionally, there is a laundry closet outfitted with commercial-grade Maytag washer and dryer.

PARKING: Guest Parking is available in the underground garage below the tennis court, and in front of the townhome.

SKI ACCESS: Nestled in the mountains at over 8,000 feet, you ski-out on an access trail that leads to the Last Chance and then Success ski runs which take you to Snow Park Lodge. On the way home, take the Home Stake or Carpenter Express chair and then take the SilverLink trail to the access trail and then it is a short four-minute walk.

TRANSPORTATION: The Ridgepoint town-homes are located three quarters of a mile from Deer Valley Resort's Silver Lake Village, and 3.5 miles from historic Main Street in Park City. The free complimentary Park City-Deer Valley shuttle stop is a short walk from your Ridgepoint Townhome.

Great well appointed house
Great stay. Loved the well appointed kitchen, fireplace, private hot tub, open living area, convenient outdoor ski cabinet, mud area. Close to resort amenities and dining. Great communication from host. Ski in and out a little difficult for green-level skiers. A couple steep narrow hills on way to and from slopes.

We stayed here, 2 families each with a baby, for the quick ski in and out access. It was perfect for our stay and had many of the things we needed for the kiddos already. The upstairs loft was an added perk hang out space. Hot tub was perfect for the adults to hang out after the babies were asleep.

Loved the fact that you could ski in/out at this place, and the house itself was quite comfortable. I'd recommend some new pillows and linens, as what's there is a bit dated, but other than that, the place was terrific.

Cozy. Quiet.
I stayed at the property for a weekend, family trip out of the city. The property is located in Deer Valley in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's within walking distance to Stein, so you can dine out. The property managers were easy to work with, and they even checked in on us during the stay (I was unplugged so I didn't see the message until I returned home). My family enjoyed the property, and it was comfortable. The hot tub was clean and hot. There's a tennis/basketball court my grandson loved to play in. The unit included a child seat and porta-crib, so we had everything we needed (even though we packed our own). My only recommendation is to upgrade the towels, as they seem a little old and dingy, but they did the job. Great place. If you're looking for peace and quiet, then I'd highly recommend.

Great Place for First Time at Deer Valley
This property is perfect for a family looking to have a relaxing week or weekend of skiing. The condo was spacious with beautiful views off of the living room. We really enjoyed the loft. We spent our evenings up their playing Nintendo and just hanging out. The hot tub was great for afternoons when you get home from a day of skiing. We also were able to eat lunch there most days because of the proximity of the property to the slopes. All-in-all great trip!

Great condo in a great location.
The condo is in a very good location within walking distance of the Stein Eriksen Hotel and the hiking trails at Deer Valley. The condo has 3 floors. The top floor is a loft with a big screen tv and 2 very comfortable couches. The 2nd floor has a very comfortable family room, a large dining table, a very well equipped kitchen and a kitchen table sitting area. There is a porch off of the family room on the 2nd floor. The porch only has 2 chairs and a small table, but it is a nice place to sit until about 1:00 or 2:00, when the sun shines directly on the porch and makes it too hot to sit there. The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms. The master is very comfortable with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a jacuzzi spa on the porch off of the master bedroom - but, it is on ground level and for all practical purposes you are sitting in the parking lot. Absolutely no privacy! The master bedroom has sliding glass doors but with the blinds open your view is of the parking lot. The 2nd bedroom is small with a bathroom in the hall. The bathroom is tiny. The 3rd bedroom has bunkbeds and shares the hall bathroom. The lighting in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms is not great. While my comments about the 3rd floor are not rave reviews... this condo offers excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again. You could not find a better layout for a family of 4 or 5... but not a great layout for 2 couples to share.

Perfect Condo - Excellent Layout - Tons of Space
Our family took in the sights and sounds of Park City and the surrounding area and loved the condo. Everyone had their own space and the loft was the big winner for the entire family! The location made it easy to pop into town and grab supplies and take in some shopping. Overall, the condo was I'd give it a 5 star review!

The kids where able to ski out and head to ski school in the morning, which they loved. The ski out connects to a blue run if that's an issue. Overall great stay and responsive property manager.

Over priced, but very adequate
Nice unit - It is in need of some general maintenance, TLC, or just some better overall house keeping. We stayed during the expensive weeks of March, so the unit is probably a much better value during the off season or the slower times during the winter. It is not really a "true' ski in/ski out condo. The ski out is great! The ski in, not so much. You need to take off your skis and walk on some roads to get home. The hot tub is modest/older...…….it was buried in snow for most of our stay. My family never used it. The online photos are a little deceptive......maybe taken when the unit was newer. The unit does have some wear and tear. Last year, we visited the upscale ski resort of Beaver Creek, Colorado during the same week of March and stay in a luxurious penthouse condo at the bottom of a chairlift near the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Topnotch the whole way and less overall money. At Beaver Creek, the homeowner was fastidious about details, the product and the overall satisfaction/experience of their renters. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Deer Valley and Park City.

First ski trip to Deer Valley, we'll definitely be back
This property was in a very nice location, well appointed and in great condition as was noted in the description about being remodeled recently by the owners. One minor hiccup with sheets in one room but the property management company was quick to address and followed up to make sure no other issues which was great. Gas fireplace provides great heat and ambiance and large tv over fireplace is great for watching movies which we streamed via a laptop. Ski out access trail is very fun and easy for getting to base lodge and ski back access is fairly simple even with the 150 yards or so walk on the street. The hot tub off the Master bedroom was great to enjoy after skiing. We will keep the Ridgepoint Townhouses on the list of places to stay when we look at going back again.

Comfortable condo in a great location
The descriptions of this unit are quite accurate. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and we very much enjoyed relaxing in the living spaces. The location was very convenient for Silver Lake Village. We did not use the ski access because we were there in the spring and wanted to avoid the slush of lower Deer Valley. Instead we paid to park at the Chateau ($30) and that was very easy and convenient. We would readily stay in this unit again.

Great family get away!
Our family vacation in March at Deer Valley was one for the record books! The house was the perfect size for our family of 5, plus other relatives. Being able to ski out in the morning was a real treat! Skiing back was a little tricky at first, but manageable. The mid-mountain location was wonderful! Very comfortable home and I would recommend it for a family looking to ski and hang out together!
