Want more than just Downtown or the Beaches? Our special place is a fully stocked home close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This island retreat is a Completely renovated mid-century block home with amazing character! From batteries, phone chargers, and board games, l We try to think of all the comforts of home and make them available for a perfect for a home away from home.

Guests have access to entire house, carport, front, and back yard.

We are available via text/phone or Ring Doorbell. Otherwise, guest interaction is limited with remote check-in & out.

The Davis Shores neighborhood is a quite historic place perfect for easy walks. The house and neighborhood is located on busy A1A, but we love to take walks though the interior neighborhood that goes all the way to the intercoastal. Some parts are gated.

We are located on A1A across from Anastasia State park. From downtown to St. Augustine beach everything is within 1.5 miles

The 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom while the 3rd sleeping area, with 2 trundle beds, has its own bathroom.
House -
Please clean all your dishes, Take out trash, and do not leave food out/ wipe counters.

Security measures-
Ring DoorBell: For security reasons and to assist with any entry issues, we have installed a Ring Doorbell at the front entrance. Guest are advised that this device is strictly for ensuring your safety and facilitating access to property. Tampering with or disabling this camera is strictly prohibited.

Please only use the white bath towels to dry off. Wish we didn't have to state this, but Please do not use white towels to clean. Please use paper towels provided. Sometimes we can remove the stains with bleach, but any towels/linens that need to be thrown out and replaced may result in a fee.

Unfortunately, we do not allow guests that are not on the original booking. Please do not book our place on behalf of someone else if you are not staying with them.

If something breaks, it's ok, but please replace it before checkout. If you cannot replace it, please let us know before we come to clean for the next guests.

Weekend Check-in-
Weekends are very busy. Please do not ask for free early check-in over the weekend. Cleaning service is extremely busy and has a specific schedule to get everything clean and ready for the next guests for multiple homes. If early check-in is an absolute must, cleaning service is willing to change schedule to allow for earliest possible check-in. Check-in Times cannot be guaranteed, but for an additional $50.00 we can accommodate and make this happen.

Pets-
This is a pet friendly home, however, you
MUST notify us if you are planning to
bring your animal with you. We ask that pets not be destructive and not be allowed on furniture without pet blankets that are provided.

Pet fur is extremely hard to get out of
bedding / linens, and we want future
guests who may have allergies to not
have any issues with pet dander.

We also reserve the right to return a portion or the entire $100 pet fee based on cleanliness.
