While Exuma dazzled with its famous swimming pigs and the Cayman Islands offered luxury, Eleuthera provided a refreshing sense of authenticity. Whether indulging in fine dining at charming restaurants or savoring local fare at beachside shacks, each meal felt like a celebration of the island’s flavors.
