The enormous lower bedroom features an antique bed, workspace, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including small appliances, and a beer and wine fridge. The living room has comfortable seating and an 80” QLED 8k TV, perfect for movie nights and sports viewing. Foodies and home chefs will be delighted!
The highlight of this Brownstone is undoubtedly the rooftop terrace, which features an outdoor kitchen and gas fireplace. You can enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the breathtaking views of the River Park & Trails. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the neighborhood. Trash Service:
To maintain cleanliness, we have arranged for a professional trash service to manage the bins on your behalf.
Wednesday: The service will access the garage to move the bins to the curb for collection.
Thursday: They will return the bins to their original location inside the garage.
