🌴 Spacious Accommodations: With ample room to spread out, our home comfortably accommodates large families or groups, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind.

🏡 Home Layout: This beautiful house has 4 bedrooms (1 king bed and 3 full beds) and two full bathrooms. Total guests allowed is 8. Each Bedroom has its own smart TV and there is also a smart TV in the living room, ideal for family night.
Make delicious meals at our spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need! Pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, cups, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker! Enjoy great meal with your family.
We also offer washer and dryer complementary (laundry detergent/softener is not provided). The garage can accommodate 1 vehicle, and two more vehicles in the driveway.

🏊 Inviting Pool Area: Kids and adults will have a blast swimming in our pool with lots of privacy. Dive into the large, 6ft deep, private, sparkling pool, ideal for fun-filled days under the sun. Whether you're lounging on the deck or taking a refreshing dip, the pool area is the heart of relaxation. Unlike a Hotel/Resort, our pool area will be exclusive for your family and friends.
The patio has new outdoor furniture including, dining table, chair recliners, sectional sofa, and a Weber professional gas grill. Enjoy a delicious cookout by the pool. We provide the gas and cooking utensils. The grill has an additional fee of $45 for the entire stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it.

🎢 Prime Location: Located just a short drive from top theme parks, you’ll have easy access to thrilling attractions and entertainment. Spend less time commuting and more time enjoying the magic!
I encourage you to pay closer attention and look at the map before booking in the outskirts of Orlando or nearby cities like Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate, which are not ideal.
Location location location!! focus on location because it is possibly the most important detail when booking a vacation home.

* An Incredible 3 min drive to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay. Uber ride is only $8. Universal Parking is $35 per day! Save that money to create more incredible memories!
* 4 Minutes’ drive to Whole Foods, 3 min to Sprouts Grocery store, and 5 min drive to Publix, Super Walmart and Traded Joe's
* 7 min drive to the Mall at Millenia, Orlando's most luxurious mall
* 10 min drive to SeaWorld, International Premium Outlets and Orange County Convention Center.
* 15 Minutes from Downtown Orlando
* 15 min drive to Disney World Parks/ Disney Spring
* 18 min drive to Orlando International Airport MCO
* 5 min walk to convenience store, Papa John’s Pizza, and Shell gas station

🍽️ Modern Amenities: Each bedroom has its own smart tv. The WIFI is blazing fast providing the best speed for our theme park guests, business guests, and remote work guests. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining areas, and comfortable living spaces, making mealtimes and family gatherings a breeze.

🕒 Early check-in or late check-out: We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can. You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.
Price is $25 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm. Let me know if you want this option and we can arrange payment.

🐶 Service dogs: Service dogs are welcome. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must always be with guest, and not be left behind for any reason. Please let us know your dog’s breed before booking. Do not sneak in your dog.
