Big groups are welcome to enjoy this big apartment, ideal for a place to rest between wild Montreal adventures! This place is the ideal hub for a big weekend away with friends.

Also, the master bedroom can make it a romantic & cozy getaway for couples.

Our great location is great for a trip seeing all the Olympic park activities, or the Old Port fun for the family!

My place has a unique historical charm with some of the original architecture and the gorgeous brickwork and vintage sign artwork on display throughout the flat. You have to see it in person to really experience it!

Honeymoon Suite: This is a Bedroom + onsuited bathroom (tub and shower), + lounge nook. Spacious and private big bedroom suite is everything you need to spoil that special someone! Something special for the parents too!

Giant kitchen and dining space, get everyone together to cook and eat. Order in some famous Montreal dishes or share your favorite home cooking and make your meals here!

Billiards table room and lounge room at the center of the apartment just off the kitchen, with Big screen TV comfortable sofa, billiards table. A little something for everyone, relaxing and having fun!

Wifi, laundry, 3 showers, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms (2 regular + onsuite bathroom).

The full apartment is exclusively yours, not shared with anyone else during your stay!

Parking in the building is available for rent at an additional cost from a neighbour. Spaces are limited, so please inquire in advance.

Note: A small SUV can fit but it is a tight fit for a normal SUV or minivan, anything smaller, but not suitable for larger vehicles.

I won’t be available in person and prefer communicating through the app, you will have a phone number for real emergencies.

I am easy to contact from morning to late evening, I do sleep, so after midnight I am slower to reply, or I get back to you first thing the next morning. If you have any questions, or if there's anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable, please don't hesitate to let me know.

I also have written you a couple of messages that are sent automatically during your trip (so you have the info you need when you need it), with helpful tips and instructions.

St. Catherine Street is one of the main streets in Montreal, known for its shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The street stretches for several kilometers across downtown and in fact across the island. It is home to many popular tourist attractions, such as the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the McCord Museum, and the Montreal Eaton Centre.

Located adjacent to the downtown core, you won't be bothered by the busy nightlife activities, which makes this a popular destination for tourists and families.
The area is known for its vibrant and trendy restaurants, and shopping districts. There are also several parks and outdoor spaces nearby, including the Olympic Park, Biodome, Planetarium and Botanical Gardens.

In terms of transportation, the area is well-served by public transit, with several bus outside and metro lines passing near the area. There are also many bike lanes and bike rental options, making it easy for tourists to explore the city on two wheels. BIXI is a shared bike service across the city in the summer time.

Overall, tourism in Montreal is diverse and exciting, with plenty of attractions, amenities, and experiences to suit all interests and budgets.

I provide all my guests with thorough and easy instructions so you can enjoy your time with friends and family right away. I have done my best so you can arrive easily and get comfortable right away.

⭐Please be aware that the AC and heating systems are operational and accessible in accordance with the appropriate season. AC is installed late Spring to mid Autumn, sometimes earlier or later respecting the seasonal temperature trend.

⭐My check-in window closes at 12 AM, don't worry check-in is possible after midnight but fast replies are not guaranteed, I could be asleep. If you plan to arrive past midnight please ensure you received and read the instructions I send you ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive. They are easy to follow step-by-step guide and include lots of useful information.

⭐If you must receive any mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient and secure solutions available for you. My mailbox is not shared with my guests, as I have private documents sent here.

⭐I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If there is ever any emergency please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to organize and get to your location.

⭐I do sleep at night so if you need to contact me after 12 I am not guaranteed to be available, but I always reply back first thing the next morning.

⭐The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.

⭐Snow is removed regularly when my staff comes to the building, it is not cleared every day. There is a shovel and some ice-removing salt for you to use during the winter.
First I want you to enjoy your stay, I know rules are not fun, it is my experience most guests are really amazing people! So please enjoy the apartment with comfort and relaxation in mind.

⋆NO PARTIES⋆
Parties are not allowed here. There are great bars and clubs just steps away, for this purpose.
Any parties forfeit the reservation without refund, you are responsible for the cost of any extra cleaning services.
IF YOU WANT TO PARTY, ask me. I know hosts with amazing locations designed for parties and small events.

⋆NO SMOKING⋆
No smoking inside the building, anywhere. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please help keep this place fresh for everyone!
Penalty for smoking is to pay $450-900 for deep cleaning services.

⋆NOISE COMPLAINTS⋆
Please respect the community. There should never be loud disturbances coming from your apartment day or night. Quiet hours must be respected. If there are issues from your group, same as parties you will be removed, no refunds.

⋆UNDECLARED GUEST⋆
All people coming to the property (including short visits not sleeping here) must be included in your reservation’s Number of Guests.
Please contact me about this if you have questions, ahead of your arrival.

⋆CHECK-IN TIME⋆
The default Check-In window and Check-out times are found on the listing page. For arriving outside the Check-IN Window after midnight, I may be asleep so I cannot guarantee helping with any Check-in issues. Self Check-in is super easy, but if you plan to arrive past midnight, please do the following: (1) Inform me your estimated arrival time.(2) Ensure you received and read over the Check-in instructions ahead of arrival. (3) Asked any questions ahead of time.

⋆CHECK-OUT TIME⋆
If you are late to follow your scheduled Check-out time 11am you will be charged to pay the Housekeeper Service’s while they are waiting on you. It is 65$ per hour.
I do send reminders with helpful tips for your check-out time.

⋆NO ANIMALS⋆
No animals are permitted, because it's a critical health issue for me. For health reasons this is a rule without compromise.

⋆CLEANLINESS⋆
The included cleaning fee is to clean after your expected use of the apartment: leisure and relaxation. Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms, don't leave trash around, and I ask kindly to please take off shoes at the door.


⋆DAMAGES⋆
Please care for my property and furnishings while you are my guest so that the next guest can enjoy them as you have.

⋆KEEP WINDOWS & DOORS CLOSED/LOCKED⋆
Please keep windows and doors closed and locked at all times. Always check them when leaving the apartment. Winter & Rainy Days:
Do not open windows for more than a few minutes, as low temperatures can cause damage quickly. Prevent rain from entering the apartment.

⋆LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIES⋆
I provide basic supplies for at least your first week so you can get settled. For longer reservations, if you run out you should buy more of these items for yourself. (Ask about extra cleaning services that include a refresh of your supplies)

⋆EMERGENCY ACCESS⋆
The building management has the right to access the property in case of emergencies, urgent repairs, or required inspections. Of course only in the case of these emergencies. Similarly I have the right to access the unit for important repairs or urgent maintenance, of course, you are notified ahead of time, this is very rare.
