-Second Bedroom: Features bunk beds, perfect for accommodating two children.

-Third Bedroom: Offers a cozy queen-sized bed to sleep two adults.

- Living Room: Unwind on the new full-size leather sleeper sofa that fits one adult.

-Family Room: Can double as another bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two adults. Access the custom cedar-screened porch and backyard from here!

-Bathrooms: The house has two full bathrooms - the first is attached to the Primary and includes plenty of counter space and storage, great for accommodating all your personal care needs. The second features a relaxing jacuzzi jet tub, ideal for soaking in after a day of exploring Austin's sights.

-Outdoor Space: Enjoy the privacy of the enclosed backyard with a cedar gate. For your convenience, there's an RV/EV hookup in the backyard (30amp).
